After The Baby...

Mommy's Time Support Group

This very special class is offered two ways.. moms can come alone as a break from new motherhood or bring the baby along.  Either way is fine!

New moms stretch, breath and spend time enjoying the company of others who are going through all the same things, giving everyone a chance to network.

Studies have proven that Postpartum Depression occurs much more frequently in those ladies who isolate themselves after childbirth.  Come and join us at the studio and see how much better our group can make you feel. 

Class fee - $10/ person (payable at time of class)

STORYBOOK YOGA ~ This class is appropriate for ages 1 through 4 years of age.  Offered by Sara Holland, yoga teacher and owner of Growing Tree Yoga in Norwalk.  Sara is specially trained to work with this age group to bring yoga to them in a fun and educational way. Colorful, lively and a lot of fun, this class is 45 minutes in length and offered once per month at Mother's Embrace.

Class cost:  $10/per child

AUGUST DATE:  Saturday, 8/14/10 at 9:30 am at the HOWE AVENUE Studio.
