Tarot *Numerology *Reiki

Mother's Embrace Yoga is honored to introduce our newest practitioner, Mary Kenyhercz.  Mary's specialty is tarot and her readings are unique due to a gift of deep intuition that blends together the past (Karma), present and future for a well-rounded reading.   She has also been specially trained to deliver Reiki to those in need of healing and self-improvement.

To gain a better understanding of what tarot, numerology and Reiki are, and to learn more about Mary, she has written the following:

"What is tarot?  Tarot is a tool that I use to help me gain a clearer picture of a person's options and possibilities.  Tarot highlights one's spiritual path and emotions and enlightens us on how these things affect our choices in where we have been, are now and where we are going.  It connects past life emotional situations to our present lives.  Tarot is a voice of wisdom and truth to gain powerful perspectives on life.  It teaches us to work from insight rather than hindsight.  Knowledge leads to understanding and the wisdom to make better life choices. "

What is numerology?  "Numerology is another way to gain understanding.  There are nine basic energies within our Universe, represented by numbers 1-9.  Each number carries a specific field of energy/vibration with it to activate one's personality, professional and social behavior patterns, career choices, destiny, karmic lessons, one's reactions to others and life events.  Each number has a positive and negative flow of energy, which will be determined by the choices one makes. 

Our first name represents the physical Self (health, finances, professional relationships).  The middle name represents your emotional Self (how we behave emotionally and what type of partners we attract).  The last name represents the family we chose to activate our karmic lessons."

What is Reiki and how can it help me?  Reiki is a simple and natural method of healing and self-improvement that benefits all. 

Developed many years ago in Japan, some of the main benefits of this technique are stress reduction, relaxation and healing.  Life force energy exists in each of us and, when that energy is low, we are more likely to become ill or feel stressed.  When the energy is high, a feeling of wellbeing takes over and our body maintains a healthy balance.  A Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit to search out areas of our body and mind that are low in energy and then recharge those areas by bringing universe life force (energy) into the ailing area.     

This is a very unique experience and one that may be repeated as often as needed. 

Mary has undergone extensive training as a Reiki practitioner and she has brought her healing abilities to nursing homes in the area and Hospice where she has quickly become a favorite of the staff and patients.
