Hatha yoga is the perfect exercise for people of all ages and sizes. Those with health issues are also welcome. Yoga has been proven to assist with many disabilities, such as ADHD, scoliosis, high blood pressure, arthritis and the list goes on and on. You will find our Hatha classes to be a nice break from the rat race. By finding time for relaxation in your life, you will be better equipped to face what is thrown your way. We all need to relax! Our class motto is to be guided by your own comfort. We are not competing with each other. We are working towards our own personal best.

CLASS FEE.. First class as new student - $10; Single class - returning student - $15 ~ OR ~ Save some money and purchase a 4 class card at 1 class/week for $45 (card does not expire); 8 class card at 2 classes/week for $80 (this card has an expiration of 6 weeks.)
